THE CASE OF THE DISAPPEARING PETITION.
Over one year ago I submitted a signed petition which I gave to the advisory committee for ONE VOTE in the UCO elections. At the following delegate assembly, David Israel said he would take the petition under advisement. More than one year later, I am still waiting for an answer. David Israel buried the petition. He does not want ONE VOTE because he cannot control all the residents in the village, but he can control the majority of the delegates. He meets with ten or more each week, feeds them breakfast and when their belly is full, he expects they will kneel at his feet.
I recently submitted another petition which Anita Buchannan, the chair of the advisory committee said she will consider AFTER the committee is finished changing the bylaws. I protested because the past protocol was for a petition to be vetted immediately and begin the process of eventually being voted on by the delegates. As I protested, David interfered and his maniacal other persona erupted like a volcano. After a while, the disruption was settled.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PETITION IS ANYBODY’S GUESS?
