ReplyDeleteSo I had my laundry stolen in Century village from the laundry room and I reported it to security and UCO right away. They claimed they were reviewing the cameras, then had IT issues and the story went on like this for a month. I reported it to the Sherriff and now UCO finally after month claimed the cameras weren't working, who saw that one coming :). No signs that the cameras weren't working. No signs you have to stay with your laundry. No signs that you are not protected in century village laundry room as cameras are fake. Now unfortunately it is time to hire the lawyer and sue UCO as I am not going away quietly. They thought they could just wash this under the carpet and i would just go away. It seems I was not the first case of laundry being stolen. Three full loads stolen when the only people who had access between when I put it in and it was stolen was security and the cleaning crew and UCO thinks they can just wash their hands and not be held responsible, think again.
ReplyDeleteBeware everyone what is happening here and with the gate down this will only get worse. UCO is responsible for the security and are trying to brush this off when I lost thousands of dollars in clothes
