TOO MANY CLOWNS AND NOT ENOUGH CIRCUSES

POPCORN IN THE CLUBHOUSE

It was a hot topic at the Advisory committee meeting. The Decision ? ..... NO POPCORN ALLOWED ! 
Does that mean peanuts and crackerjacks are OK ? Or is it just popcorn they find objectionable ?
Gotta wonder who's running the circus .
